Jeff Frey

Jeff Frey joined Natural Choice Foods in 2025 as Chief Operations Officer. In this role, Jeff leads the company’s end-to-end supply chain operations, including Facilities, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Warehousing, and Logistics. He is focused on guiding sustainable growth, increasing operational efficiency, and fostering a people-first culture where safety, quality, service, and performance are foundational.

With more than 25 years of manufacturing experience, Jeff has held progressive leadership roles at TreeHouse Foods, Mondelēz International, and Kraft Foods. He has led multiple site operations and brings a broad background across engineering, maintenance, business development, and plant management, giving him a comprehensive perspective on both technical and operational excellence. Jeff holds an M.B.A. from Wilmington University and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Western Michigan University.
