Jennifer Goodell

Jennifer Goodell joined Natural Choice Foods in 2023 and serves as Senior Retail Operations Manager, where she leads strategic execution across all five Daily Deals Food Outlet locations. She is responsible for driving profitability, optimizing store performance, and scaling growth initiatives. Her hands-on leadership ensures that each Daily Deals location delivers a consistent, high-impact shopping experience tailored to the communities it serves. Additionally, as NCF’s in-house retail expert, Jennifer functions as the company’s internal retail consultant by sharing the store’s operational insight, merchandising strategies, and customer experience with NCF and its customers.

With over two decades of experience in fashion retail, Jennifer rose through the ranks from Training Supervisor to Regional Manager, overseeing multi-store operations and leading teams through periods of rapid growth and transformation. Her transition into the grocery sector brought her valuable experience across Produce, Meat, Bakery, Deli, and General Merchandise—giving her a well-rounded understanding of retail dynamics and consumer behavior. Jennifer holds a Bachelor’s degree from Baker College.
