Nichole Konyndyk has been with Natural Choice Foods since 2021 and currently serves as Chief People Officer, where she leads the company’s strategic human resources initiatives with a focus on leadership development, organizational design, and employee engagement. She plays a central role in shaping the company’s culture and aligning talent strategies with long-term business goals. Nichole is a driving force behind NCF’s high performance, people-first philosophy, championing programs that foster professional growth, strengthen team dynamics, and promote a workplace where individuals feel valued and empowered. Nichole’s career spans over a decade of experience in HR consulting and charter school management, where she honed her expertise in coaching, performance management and strategic alignment.
